要輸入國家和 P/N , S/N (在硬碟上都有)
請你填一些有的沒有的資料..地址..電話..email..郵遞區號zip code(必填)
都是要用英文喔,最好有手機,比較好聯絡
完成後會有一個RMA number給你

3.我是用硬碟原本的包裝盒裝好,硬碟有用靜電袋包裝,然後還有附上一張 個人基本資料!!
